The Emotional
Freedom Technique is amazing. Fears, Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, this system of lightly tapping on certain acupuncture points, is unique for its speed and its effectiveness. Just knowing the basics of EFT can change your life in ways you’ve only dreamed. I’ve engaged in all sorts of self-improvement, self-help, new age and metaphysical studies since I was a teenager so many decades ago. Discovering EFT was turning point for me. Here was something I could use easily and teach others to use it knowing their success was assured almost 100 percent of the time. EFT requires: No belief or belief changes. It works on skeptics and believers. No sacrificing life’s pleasures. In fact, life is even more pleasurable with EFT. No years in a monastery. You can learn it tonight in your home wherever you are. No years on a therapist's couch. You don't have to figure out why something bothers you. If you can feel it, you can eliminate it. And most importantly of all, it doesn’t cost thousands of dollars. How could it get any better than that? Over the last ten years, I’ve answered that question. Sometimes through
trial and error, sometimes purely by luck or accident and sometimes by being
perseverant and observant, I found ways to improve the results I got with EFT.

For those who already know EFT, the technique isn’t the problem. It’s
fine just the way it is. There aren’t any secret new acupressure points to learn
or special, secret ways to tap the points. But there’s an art to doing
EFT that, once learned and practiced, makes tapping so much more effective.
With all the tapping others and I have done and continue to do, I don’t
think we’ve found the limits to what tapping can accomplish. In time, I believe tapping will become a lot
more super than it already is. And as soon as I find out how to do it, I'll let you know.
While you don't need to learn any other skills besides EFT to get good results,
a lot of people use self muscle testing in their sessions. Self muscle testing is where you use your
own body to answer yes/no questions. Among other uses, tappers use muscle testing
to figure out what issues need to be worked and whether or not the issue has been
